Askøy FK was one of 19 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Manger Cup 2019. They participated with two teams in Jenter 13 (født 2006). The team in Jenter 13 (født 2006) made it to the the Final in Sluttspill J13, but lost it against Baune, SK Baune 1 by 0-3.

In addition to this, Askøy FK have participated in Manger Cup before. During Manger Cup 2018, Askøy FK had three teams playing in Jenter 13 (født 2005). The team in Jenter 13 (født 2005) made it to the the Final in Slutspilland won it over Kvernbit, IL Svart by 1-0.

Askøy FK comes from Kleppestø which lies approximately 27 km from Manger, where Manger Cup takes place. The area around Kleppestø does also provide 13 additional clubs participating during Manger Cup 2019 (Among others: Søfteland TIL, Kvernbit, IL, Kringlebotn IL, Baune, SK, Nordhordland BK, Nymark IL, Alvidra, Radøy FK, Sædalen Idrettslag and Samnanger IL).
