Samnanger IL was one of 19 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Manger Cup 2019. They participated with two teams in Gutter11 (født 2008) and Miks 8 (født 2011) respectively.

In addition to this, Samnanger IL have participated in Manger Cup before. During Manger Cup 2018, Samnanger had one team playing in Gutter 10 (født 2008).

Samnanger comes from Tysse which lies approximately 48 km from Manger, where Manger Cup takes place. The area around Tysse does also provide 13 additional clubs participating during Manger Cup 2019 (Among others: Søfteland TIL, Kvernbit, IL, Kringlebotn IL, Baune, SK, Askøy FK, Nordhordland BK, Nymark IL, Alvidra, Radøy FK and Sædalen Idrettslag).
